Start with the pool and how it will be used
Write down the pool dimensions, depth, intended use and location of the equipment room. Note whether the pool is residential, shared or commercial, and list any features or connected systems in the design. These details help the designer or installer work out what the system needs.
List the main equipment categories
A pool system commonly includes circulation equipment, filtration, water treatment and the pipework and fittings that connect them. Depending on the design, it may also include underwater lighting, access equipment, cleaning accessories or water features. The final list depends on the pool plan and local requirements.
Check that the components work as a system
Ask the designer or installer to review pump flow, filter capacity, pipe sizes, electrical supply, connections and available space together. A product that fits one connection may still be unsuitable for the system. Keep the equipment schedule and the model documents with the project record.
Prepare the quotation request
Send the pool requirements, equipment schedule, destination, quantities and expected delivery date. Ask suppliers to name the exact models, included items, available documents, warranty terms and delivery scope. COREX makes pool pumps, sand filters, lighting, fittings and accessories; contact the team to discuss the categories and models for your project.
