Data controller
CX ASTRAL POOL LDA operates this website and is the controller for enquiries received through it. Contact cx@corexpool.com or use the Spain contact address below for privacy requests.
Contact enquiries
We collect the name, email, optional phone, product details and message you provide to answer your enquiry and prepare requested quotations. Do not include payment details, identification documents or sensitive personal information in the form.
The basis for a requested quotation is taking steps at your request before a contract. Other business enquiries are handled for the legitimate interest of responding to correspondence. Optional analytics relies on your consent; withdrawing it does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Access and retention
Authorised staff and hosting/email service providers may process enquiries to deliver the requested service. Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to manage the request, related business dealings and applicable legal obligations; COREX can explain the retention criteria for your request. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made by this website.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (G-64GGTZ7H2G) is loaded only after you allow analytics. It measures visits and interactions. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Consent is requested again after six months.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your selected language and analytics choice locally in your browser. These preferences do not enable advertising. If analytics is allowed, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies for visitor/session measurement; this site configures their lifetime to six months. Contact forms use a session cookie for abuse protection. These choices can also be cleared in your browser settings.
Change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing analytics leaves the website and contact forms available.
External services and transfers
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google apply their own privacy terms. Google Analytics may involve processing outside the EEA. Review Google’s privacy information and transfer safeguards before allowing analytics. The operator must maintain the appropriate service agreements and transfer safeguards.

The Neelo planning tool is hosted separately on the official COREX website.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw analytics consent. Contact cx@corexpool.com. You can complain to your competent supervisory authority, including Portugal’s CNPD or Spain’s AEPD.

Enquiry form on this website
The form prepares a message in your email application. This website does not store submissions in a database or automatically send them. Your email provider processes the message when you send it.
