Describe what happens
Does the pump show no response, display an error, hum without starting or start and then stop? Write down the exact behaviour. If there is a screen, photograph the message before it is cleared.
Also note the last time the pump worked normally and any recent service, power interruption or equipment change.
Keep electrical diagnosis with a professional
Do not open a motor, controller or electrical box to experiment. Ask a qualified technician to check the supply, controls and equipment against the model instructions.
If there is a burning smell, visible damage, smoke or water in electrical equipment, keep the equipment isolated and request professional help.
Separate the fault from the replacement decision
A pump that will not start does not automatically need complete replacement. Ask the technician to explain the fault and the proposed repair or replacement scope.
If a part is required, confirm its reference against the actual model. If a new pump is proposed, review the system requirements and connection details again.
Prepare a support enquiry
Send COREX the model, nameplate photograph, symptoms and any technician findings. Add your country and city. The team can receive documentation and part enquiries without assuming a diagnosis from a short message.
