Record what happens
Note how long the pump runs before stopping, any displayed message and whether the behaviour occurs at a particular setting. Include recent equipment or service changes in your report.
A warm motor alone does not identify a fault. The model’s operating limits and a professional inspection are needed to assess the condition.
Keep ventilation clear
Motor ventilation must follow the equipment instructions. A service provider should check whether the installation has adequate airflow and whether covers or stored items obstruct it.
Do not touch a hot motor to judge its temperature, and do not open electrical equipment to investigate.
Avoid repeated restarts
If the equipment repeatedly stops or a protective device operates, ask a qualified technician to diagnose the cause. Do not bypass protection or keep resetting a tripped circuit.
The technician should explain the findings and the proposed work. Keep that record before requesting a replacement part or new pump.
Prepare the support request
Send COREX the model, observations and technician findings with your location. Ask for relevant product documents or parts information. The equipment model and the circumstances of the stopping problem are more useful than a general request for a stronger motor.
