Provide the design basis
Share the pool dimensions, intended use and operating requirements prepared by your consultant or installer. Include the required flow, proposed filter arrangement and any connected equipment.
For public or commercial facilities, ask the responsible professional to confirm the rules and design requirements that apply to the project location.
Make the equipment schedule clear
List product categories, proposed models, quantities and any alternatives you want considered. Explain whether the offer should cover equipment only or other items as well.
Include drawings where available. Clearly state the required electrical supply and connection details rather than expecting the supplier to infer them from the project type.
Agree on documents and responsibilities
Request datasheets, operating instructions, relevant conformity documents and warranty terms for the proposed models. Confirm who is responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance.
If the project includes backup equipment or staged deliveries, state this in the enquiry. Ask for the quotation to describe the proposed supply scope.
Set a realistic delivery discussion
Give the destination, planned procurement date and required site schedule. Ask the supplier to confirm availability and delivery terms in writing. COREX accepts contractor, developer, MEP consultant and trade enquiries, including Pakistan requests routed through Watson International.
