Send enough detail for a useful reply

For a replacement part, provide the equipment model and a clear photograph. These details help avoid a quotation for an item that looks similar but does not fit.
Confirm the order details
Ready stock does not mean that every model and quantity is available at every moment. Ask for confirmation of the exact items, price, included accessories and expected delivery arrangement.
Request warranty terms and the process for support enquiries. Keep the written quotation and invoice with the product documentation.
