Before you buy

Warranty terms depend on the product, supplier, purchase and delivery country. Confirm the duration, coverage, exclusions and the party responsible for handling a claim.

For an existing purchase

Send the model and nameplate details, purchase date, supplier, proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Include photographs where useful. COREX will route the enquiry to the appropriate contact.

Installation and service work should follow the model instructions and be carried out by a qualified professional.
